Cancellation and withdrawal

Clicking “Book with obligation to pay” submits a binding offer for the services and total shown in the final review. The automatic email only acknowledges receipt. The contract is formed when CleanDrive-Valet sends its booking confirmation; no further acceptance by the customer is required. The offer may be withdrawn free of charge until that confirmation is received.

A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed vehicle handover. Please quote your name, booking reference and travel period.

Whether an additional statutory withdrawal right applies depends on the law and the circumstances in which the contract is formed. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
